Every vintage and antique piece is photographed carefully and described as accurately as possible, allowing you to shop with confidence. If an item arrives significantly different from its description or images, we will review the matter with you and work together to find a fair solution.
Return Policy
As every vintage and antique piece is unique, we generally do not accept returns based on a change of mind. However, if there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your request.
Returned items must remain in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue results from our error.
Eligible Returns
Return requests may be considered for significant differences from the product description or photographs, undisclosed damage or condition issues, or an incorrect item received.
Natural patina, age-related wear, minor imperfections, and handcrafted variations are part of the character of vintage and antique pieces and are not treated as defects.
Transit Damage
Every order is professionally packed using premium protective materials to ensure safe delivery. While transit damage is uncommon, if an exceptional situation occurs, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs of the package and item.
We will review the situation and work with you to reach a fair and reasonable solution.
