Pricing & Availability

Product prices, details, and availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, product information, or availability.

Most vintage and antique pieces are one-of-a-kind. If more than one order is placed for the same item, the first confirmed and paid order will receive priority.

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and verified. COD is available on orders delivered within Pakistan and may require a partial advance payment before dispatch. Cash on delivery includes a 6% COD service tax on the product subtotal; advance payment (bank / Easypaisa) does not. Standard shipping is free all over Pakistan; oversized, fragile, or specially packed antiques may need a quoted handling charge, confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. International shipping is quoted and confirmed separately.

Product Authenticity & Descriptions

We describe each vintage and antique item as accurately as possible, including details about age, origin, material, condition, restoration, and visible wear where known. As antique and collectible values may vary by market, Shaban Antiques does not guarantee future resale value or collector valuation.

Intellectual Property

All photography, product descriptions, website content, branding, and design elements on this website are the property of Shaban Antiques. Content may not be copied, reused, or reposted without our written permission. Providing credit alone does not constitute permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. Shaban Antiques is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts with jurisdiction in Quetta, Pakistan.
